PS. Lets look at a few numbers:
Shop unit purchase : 150,000 €
Set up costs: 21,000 €
Fee: 20,000 € (double the introductory price!!)
Mortgage @ 5.5% = annual interest payments of €10,500
Annual expenses a maximum of 14,500 €
